About Me
I'm a mental health occupational therapist with nearly three decades of clinical experience. My career began working with children, adolescents, and their families.
I did further training to become both a psychotherapist and a family therapist. Today I work in private practice with individuals across all ages—children, teens, and adults—as well as with families and couples.
Outside the therapy room, I'm a husband and father of young adults. I'm into good coffee, good food, staying fit, and getting absorbed in music, films, and books. I'm a regular at local gigs and have a particular interest in working with musicians and people in the music industry.

My Approach
Therapy with me is about understanding yourself clearly, managing difficult thoughts, emotions and behaviours, and creating a meaningful and purposeful life.
I bring a "No Bull" approach that is warm, caring, direct and honest. I won't shy away from difficult truths, but I'll do so with deep respect for your pace and progress.
I draw on a variety of cognitive, relational, somatic and trauma-informed therapies that I will tailor to your needs.
